Fabric structures have one of the highest versatility install options available. With foundations from temporary to permanent, adjustable side and roof openings, building portability, custom endwalls including angle heights and widths, and of course - ease of install and design.

Foundation Options

Each user has a unique building requirement that we as a team understand. With many engineered foundation options, YUSI is here to help. Some examples include mud mats, concrete blocks, helical piles, concrete piers or foundation, concrete grade beam, wood posts, steel legs, even full structural floors that provide a complete foundation and smooth work surface.

Rapid Construction

With in-stock manufactured buildings the team at YUSI understands tight time lines, rapid response, and forgotten storage needs. With up to 3000 sqft install rates, flexible designs and engineered plans - fabric buildings are faster to install from foundation to completion than any similar modular systems available.

Weather Resistant

with each end use requirement, the main focus of any building is keeping the outside elements to the exterior of the building, fabric structures active this with a weatherproof fabric designed and manufactured in north America, from the standard 12 o.z fabric, to Heavy Pvc canvas covers provide weather protection and dry conditions when installed correctly. Maintenance

Like any man made object, regular maintenance is the key for your Fabric Covered Structure to enjoy a longer canvas/fabric life span, and sustained reliability. From our preventive annual maintenance packages; to emergency service requests the YUSI team is here to help.

Rentals & Leasing

each facility and operation has different storage needs today that may not have the availability to purchase and install a new fabric structure today. We understand this, this is why we offer ready to go solutions from 30' to 80' with end wall options available to rent or lease. Now every site is unique these still do require a building permits if regulated, leasing/financing give you the peace of mind the building will be in place before material arrives or is harvested, renting allows for quicker set-up and removal for sites that require storage or tempory solutions that a regular building can not meet.

Recovers & Reskin

When a fabric building reaches it expected lifespan, a new cover may be required, with many colour options available, this task should be easy from start to finish. The team a YUSI will assess the fabric and recommend a replacement or on site field welding/sealing to repair the canvas. Yusi also offers 3D scanning and modeling for complicated structures with circular, triangular or strange shape to ensure the re-skin process is efficient and completed in a timely manner.

Insulation Options
